Professor Ben Clegg Ben has over 20 years’ experience in operations management. He holds a PhD in Systems Engineering from De Montfort University and is a Chartered Engineer. Ben joined Aston Business School in 2003 and has also taught at the University of Central England, EM Lyon Business School in France and was a visiting scholar at Stanford University’s Centre for Integrated Facilities Engineering, USA. |

Alex Janes Alex Janes is Senior Lecturer in Strategy at the University of Exeter Business School. He is also a visiting lecturer at Imperial College Business School in London and Stockholm School of Economics in Russia. Prior to joining Exeter in 2009, he gained more than 20 years’ management experience in both the public and private sectors. |
Professor John Fahy John Fahy is Professor of Marketing at the University of Limerick in Ireland and Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the University of Adelaide, Australia. He has a distinguished track record of teaching and research in the fields of marketing and business strategy. In particular, he is known for his work in the area of marketing resources and capabilities, and how these factors impact on organizational performance. |
